c. Every citizen and member must major national importance in general and PBSI especially than bevy importance or person

b. Sanction that dropped to official member base pertinent complete result of meeting of board decision or specified by organization one level on it that arranged furthermore by letter Keputusan PB PBSI
c. Sanction to citizen conducted by pertinent badminton bevy and or decision Management Regency/City, Official member Provinsi, Managing committee.
d. Dubious that dropped to citizen or member must advised by pertinent official member to official member in accordance with its level during 14 (fourteen) day since sanction are referred [as] applied
e. Citizen or member that are experiencing suspension loses its rights as [the] citizen or member during sanction referred [as] go into effect, whereas its obligation as [the] citizen or member must fixed fulfilled
f. To badminton bevy Management Regency/City, Official member Provinsi, Managing committee that not run its function during maximal 1 (one) year continuously and has been given warning in writing 2 (two) multiply successively within 30 (thirty) day can be fallen sanction by official member one level on it.
g. To Managing committee that not run its function during maximal 1 (one) year continually, Supervisory council can give exhortation/warning
h. If exhortation/warning like referred [as] at verse (3) letter “g” not answered to, Munas/Mukernas can give sanction to Managing committee
(4) Sanction to citizen
Managing committee, Official member Provinsi, Official member Regency/City can drop direct sanction to citizen and advise to official member comes [from] bevy, education center and practice /Pertinent Pelatda
(5) Repeal Sanksi :
Managing committee, Official member Provinsi, Official member Regency/City can abstract sanction according to verse (2) and (4) letter “a” this section and advise to official member comes [from] bevy, education center and practice / Pertinent Pelatda.
Section 7
Self-defence and Banding
Citizen/Member PBSI that sanctioned can conduct self-defence and compare by as follows :
(1) Self-defence :
a. Self-defence Proffering is raised to organization of sanction giver.
b. Self-defence Proffering can be conducted slowest 30 (thirty) day after stipulating of sanction gift/giving.
c. If during slowest 30 (thirty) day of self-defence proffering like referred [as] at verse (1) letter “a” and “b” this section is not answered to by organization of sanction giver, then sanction is referred [as] expressed [be] killed.
d. Self-defence is conducted pass by complete meeting of board according to organization level.
(2) Compare :
a. If in defiance of it-self is not produced [by] decision, then citizen/bevy member that sanctioned referred [as] can raise compare.
b. Proffering compares can be conducted slowest 30 (thirty) day after self-defence are refused.
c. If during slowest 30 (thirty) proffering day compares like referred [as] at verse (2) letter “a” and “b” this section is not answered to by organization of sanction giver, then sanction is referred [as] expressed [be] killed

3. A Bendahara and 1 (one) people Wakil Bendahara
4. Chieves Area and Sub Area according to need
b. Official member Provinsi PBSI consist of:
1. A Head Leader and or at most 3 (three) Deputy of Chief Public
2. A Sekretaris Umum and at most 1 (one) people Deputy Sekretary Jendral

4. Chieves Bidang according to need and each 1 (One) Vice Chairman people Bidang
c. Official member Regency/City PBSI consist of:

(1) Supervisory council are selected by Deliberation Nasional, Deliberation Provinsi and Deliberation Regency/City and responsible to Deliberation Nasional, Deliberation Provinsi and Deliberation Regency/City in accordance with section Statutes 9.
(2) Supervisory council :
a. Remind official member is asked or not asked in the event of deviation didalam Statutes execution and rules of association and decision of trusteeship decision Deliberation Nasional, Deliberation Provinsi and Deliberation Regency/City.
b. Carry out meeting with official member according to its level to counter problems that found Supervisory council

b. Official member Provinsi result Deliberation Provinsi/Deliberation Extraordinary Provinsi is confirmed/constituted by Managing committee after recommendation by Head of KONI Provinsi and riffed by Deliberation Provinsi after ending of a period of devote or if there is request and or [approval/permission] for Extraordinary Deliberation Provinsi according to section rules of association 17 verses (4)
c. Official member Regency/Result City Deliberation Regency/ City/Deliberation Regency/Extraordinary City is confirmed/constituted by Management Provinsi after recommendation by Head of KONI Regency/City and riffed by Deliberation Regency/City after ending of a period of devote or if there is request and or [approval/permission] for Deliberation Regency/Extraordinary City according to section rules of association 17 verses (4)
d. Official member Perkumpulan Badminton pertinent result of bevy meeting of members is confirmed/constituted by Management Regency/City and riffed by Meeting of members Perkumpulan/Pertinent Citizen or if there is request and or [approval/permission] 2/3 (two per three) from amount of member bevy member referred [as] for official member commutation.
e. Managing committee, Official member Provinsi and Management Regency/City in accordance with its infroma can delay/refuse to confirm/constitute Management Management Provinsi, Official member Regency/City, Bevy Badminton at the latest 30 (thirty) day commencing from the date of application pengesahkan/appointment if assumed oppose against verse (4) letter “b”,”c”,”d” this section.
f. If during 30 (thirty) day like referred [as] at verse (4) letter “e” this section in the reality Managing committee, Official member Provinsi, Official member Regency/City not gives answers to authentication application/appointment is intended, then Managing committee, Official member Provinsi, Official member Regency/City has agreed.
g. Deferment/inauguration deduction/appointment exceeds deadline is intended verse (4) letter “f” this section, Managing committee, Official member Provinsi, Official member Regency/City is not pinpointed temporary executor with certain deadline and with certain assignation.
h. If official member election has been conducted according to Statutes and rules of association nevertheless Management according to in charge timgkatannya confirm/constitute not ready to /refuse, then chosen Management are intended can conduct compare to Management that its level higher.
i. If inauguration application/appointment Management is referred [as] refused caused impinge Statutes and rules of association, then official member demisioner remain to run daily duty that not menentuan policy and decision making and carry out deliberation repeats in accordance with organization level during 30 (thirty) day commencing from the date of deduction

Conditions Management

Exemption [position/occupation] duty Management
(1) Member of level official member Centre, Province, Sub-province/City can relieved of duty [position/occupation] temporarily because :
a. No can be active within minimize 6 (six) month
b. Neglect organization task
(2) Member Management level Centre, Province, Sub-province/City can relieved of duty its [position/occupation] because :
a. Retire
b. Riffed
c. Obstructive fixed
(3) Inactive Application one of the official member by reason of according to verse (1) letter “a” and verse retirement (2) letter “a” this section is [submitted/sent] in writing to official member in accordance with organization level

National championship
