Entries	Entries close on June30th, 2010. Entries Fees For National Players Singles : IDR. 100.000,- Doubles : IDR. 150.000,- Mixed : IDR. 150.000,- Entries Fees For Foreign Players are free
Event To Be Contested	1. The Championship will consist 5 categories of individual event : a. Men's Singles b. Woman's Singles c. Men's Doubles d. Woman's Doubles e. Mixed Doubles 2. The five categories will be played by knock-out system using rally point scoring system in accordance to BWF rules & regulations.

Accreditation

Please submit your players and officials latest photograph (size 3 x 4) and your team official names must be listed out in the prescribed form and sent to email pbsijtm@yahoo.com not later than 30 June 2010.

Valid Proof of Age

· Birth Certificate (Certified on the date of birth)

· Passport (Evidence)
Participants need to attached a copy of one of valid proof age at the entrytime.When participant’s age is in doubt, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to request further proof of the player’s age.

The prize money for this tournament is worth US$ 15000

Medals

All medals will be provided by organizing committee :

Insurance

Participants must arrange their own insurance for health, travel and property.

Airport

Juanda International Airport, Surabaya

Transport

Airport transfer will be provided from/to Juanda International Airport to/from the official Hotel upon request.

The flight details can be filled up in the attached form, and must be sent to organizing committee not later than 21 July 2010 for pick-up arrangement.

Ground transportation to and from the venue will only be provided to participants staying at the official hotel.

Shuttlecocks	Will be provided by the tournament committee
Scoring System	Rally Point System 3 x 21 points.
Competition Rules & Regulations :	The Championships will be carried out in accordance with the current rules, laws and regulations of the Badminton World Federations (BWF) and any amendment (s) thereof. In case of any dispute on the interpretation of the rules, laws and regulations, the decision shall rest in all matters with the Referee.
SEEDINGS and DRAW	Seed and draw will be conducted on the July, 14th 2010 by Badminton Asia Confederation (BAC).
Withdrawals	Withdrawals of players will be handled under the provisions for the BWF Regulations – PENALTY FOR WITHDRAWAL (USD 250)
Drug testing	Drug testing will be carried out by random sample system according to BWF regulation.
